The location was great, just a stroll to the beach and nearby attractions. I appreciated the staff's friendliness and their local knowledge. The building showed signs of wear, and some room amenities were lacking. The atmosphere felt homey, but cleanliness could definitely use some improvement.

The host was very friendly, gave us a map with directions that helped as a lot and discussed about the attractions nearby. We had a room with a whirlpool path (Spa), it worked quite well and was very relaxing. The town itself is very quite and friendly. And note, there is actually a lof of parking place, you just need to drive around the hotel, they have additional parking there.

The hotel may be not super modern, but very clean and nice.

We were traveling to Seaside for one night. The atmosphere created was friendly. Airy room with very comfortable bed, amiable staff - everything was perfect. The location was magnificent, within walking distance of Edge...

The place was clean and staff was exceptional.

The inn is located less than a block from the beach and is a few blocks from many restaurants and shops. The three staff members that we met were some of the friendliest people that we met on our entire 2 week road trip around the northwest. We always look forward to meeting kind and joyous people as we travel about the globe. It was our wedding anniversary and they upgraded our room at no charge and presented us with bubbly and sweets, too!

This was a very nice stay. We have been there before and were always staisfied enough to return. This time, the staff was exceptional and went way beyond the usual to see to our comfort. Everything ranged from as good as, to way beyond expectations. Our best recommendation.

It was great with its clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. They offered free snacks and a cozy atmosphere that reminded me of my previous trips to the beach.

The receptionist (Ruth) was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about Hillcrest Inn as well as places to see and/or eat. Very friendly.

Bed not very supportive,lack of adequate bathroom vent fan,and restriction on use of netted tube due to excessive noise.

Had an amazing group vacation with friends! The location was perfect for a short walk to the beach and downtown. Our room had a cozy corner with an armchair perfect for curling up with a book, and the king-size bed was super comfy. Friendly staff recommended a fantastic gelato shop, and snacks were a nice touch.

Just a heads-up, there is no AC in some rooms.

It was as expected, had a relaxing stay at a previous visit. The location of the hotel was amazing and particularly good - just a short walk away from Seaside Inverted Experience.
